Producers Information

The Wallingford Food Festival has a number of 3x3 metre plots available. If required you can book two together to have a double stall area. Stall holders are expected to bring their own gazebo/tent as none will be provided by the organisers. 

There will be access to electricity and stall holders will be expected to take away any rubbish they create. Stall holders must have a minimum of £2 Million Pounds of Public Liability Insurance. Please provide copies of insurance and any Food Hygiene/Safety Certificates you may currently hold.

Stall holders will be allowed on to the site from 8am to set up, no vehicles are to be left on the site during the event. These can be parked in the SODC car park once unloading is completed.

The event is scheduled to start at 10am and finish at 5pm.

Please note that these prices are for a pitch only and do not include gazebos, tables or chairs. You will have to provide these yourselves.
