Updated Chef Sessions

Wednesday, 13 May, 2015

As with every plan made there are last minute changes that happen and we are delighted to announce two additions to our chef sessions.

First, we have Judith Starling from Wild Baker talking about sourdough bread and her passion for it. Also Nick Gay from the Oxford Chelt Wine School will kick off with a session on wine. What a lovely way to start the festival.

Also we welcome Paul Bellchambers - The Late Chef - to the role of hosting the demos. He is excited and looking forward to being the host this year. Check out the new running order on the website for more details.

With over 450 local food and drink producers in Oxfordshire. The festival showcases many of these passionate producers. Come and see for yourself!
